What is your Return Policy?
Most of our chrome-plated and stainless steel trim come with our own unbeatable and unprecendeted LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. No need for you to deal direct with the manufacturer concerning defects, just simply contact us about the problem. Note that we cannot warranty every problem which may cause damage to your parts, but obvious manufacturer defects within ONE YEAR will be warrantied by us for exchange. Nearly all parts are warrantied for at least 1 year. After submitting a Return/Exchange Claim, we will process the request and normally respond in 1-5 business days. Once processed, approved, and returned properly, you will be sent out a new replacement or issued a credit/refund if qualified.
What is your Shipping Policy?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. 99% of all orders will ship withn 1-5 business days. However, an item is unable to be shipped within 4 days the buyer will be notified. We ship domestically on UPS Ground and all international packages (outside of Canada) will go on USPS. ALL CANADIAN SHIPMENTS WILL SHIP ON UPS GROUND, WE PAY ALL DUTIES, TAXES, AND BROKERAGE FEES.
