No need for you to deal direct with the manufacturer concerning defects, just simply contact us about the problem. Note that we cannot warranty every problem which may cause damage to your parts, but obvious manufacturer defects within ONE YEAR will be warrantied by us for exchange. Nearly all parts are warrantied for at least 1 year. After submitting a Return/Exchange Claim, we will process the request and normally respond in 1-5 business days. Once processed, approved, and returned properly, you will be sent out a new replacement or issued a credit/refund if qualified.
